About me
Dr. Shaikh Md. Rezwan, born in August 1972, hails from a renowned family in Khulna City, Bangladesh. His father, Late Dr. A.F.S Badsha Mia, was a legendary gynecologist in the region, and his grandfather was a distinguished ophthalmologist and politician before the Liberation War of Bangladesh. Dr. Rezwan completed his schooling at Jhinidah Cadet College in 1991 and earned his MBBS degree from the University of Chittagong in 1998. He further advanced his medical expertise by completing a Fellowship in General Practice (FCGP) and an MSc in Internal Medicine (Hepatology & Chronic Stomach Illness) from the United Kingdom in 2004.
Dr. Rezwan started his career as a Maternal & Child Health Care program supervisor under USAID and Pathfinder. In 2005, he began specializing as a consultant in gastroenterology and hepatology. He founded and managed Dr. Badsha Mia Memorial Clinic & Diagnostic from 2002 to 2020. His extensive field of work includes managing conditions such as GERD, IBS, chronic liver diseases, and pancreatic complications.
